I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have an unending passion to help people who have experienced traumatic events and those who are just having a difficult time adjusting to life's circumstances. One of my main focuses while working with clients is to instill hope.

I am originally from Mississippi have been practicing in Texas since 2014, but have over 10 years' experience in the field. I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. I spent most of my professional career helping individuals who have experienced emotional dysregulation, mood swings, anger, relationship issues, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, parenting problems, anxiety, self-esteem and trauma in residential settings and outpatient settings. I offer individual, group, and family counseling and utilizes a variety of clinical interventions and therapies to meet each client's individual needs. Some of those modalities are CBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, client-centered therapy, crisis intervention, Attachment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Stress Management, Multisystemic therapy, and telehealth.
