I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2012 who has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. My specialties include treating those who have Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar, PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Gender Diversity, and Crisis Situations.
Working with a vast population and diagnoses, I’ve gained experience on how to connect with people so that they feel comfortable to share their story and begin the healing process. When receiving therapy from me you can expect a safe and therapeutic environment to process the past and learn new skills to cope.
I obtained my Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. My theory of choice is a combination of Cognitive Behavior Theory, Solution-Focused Theory, and Person-Centered Theory. I have found that these theories complement each other to provide inspiration and empowerment to support making a change to become a healthier individual.
