COVID Policy

Heights Anxiety and Depression Center COVID19 Policy

We are doing everything that we can to keep our clients, staff and clinicians safe and healthy in the midst of a world wide pandemic. We are adhering to the mandates put in place by the state and the CDC.

We have reopened our office, and there have been a few guidelines put in place to make the transition back to office life feel comfortable and safe for all.

The Building:

  • It is asked that you wear face masks when moving around in the building.
  • There has been a hand sanitizing station installed near the elevator, on the 1st floor.

Our Suite:

  • We are asking that our clients wear face masks while in the waiting area.
  • We have made available, hand sanitizer in the waiting area.
  • The seating is marked off, in a social distancing (6 feet) manner.
  • The door knobs and Sign In Kiosk is disinfected several times throughout the day.
  • We have a Infrared Forehead Thermometer near the inside entrance to the waiting area, in case needed. Available for clinicians and clients.
  • Each of our therapy rooms have hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes located in them.
  • It is up to the discretion of the client if they would like for their clinician to wear a mask or not during their session.

We ask that each of our client’s that have appointments to come into the office, please let us know if you have experienced any of the following, so that we can get you rescheduled or set you up an appointment for telehealth:

  • Been in contact with anyone that has COVID19.
  • Experiencing any symptoms, such as fever, coughing, shortness of breath or any other symptoms that you might be getting sick.
  • Have recently tested positive for COVID19.

Please practice good hygiene at all times, washing your hands often, using hand sanitizer, coughing or sneezing into a tissue or the inside of your elbow. These actions are necessary for your well being and all of those around you.

We look forward to seeing you and let’s all do our part to stay healthy!
